Status Anxiety is a fashion accessories brand from Sydney, Australia. We are excited to have recently opened our very first US store location in Venice Beach, and are seeking a passionate and experienced store manager to join our team.

At Status Anxiety you will be part of an inclusive and diverse team, working together to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in store, make genuine connections with customers and build brand awareness. In this role, you will:

• Lead a small team of sales associates to drive sales and deliver the highest level of customer service
• Act as a brand ambassador by representing the brand's values and building brand awareness
• Become a product expert to educate customers about our brand story and premium quality products
• Communicate regularly with the Sydney head office
• Process sales transactions and handle cash
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• General store maintenance and day-to-day operations
• This is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties as this is a diverse and growing/changing role.

• A down to earth and authentic attitude with a customer focused approach
• Proven track record of developing and motivating a team to achieve sales objectives
• High attention to detail and keen eye for visual merchandising
• Ability to work on your own and in a team in a boutique environment, customer facing and engaging
• A high level of organisation, can-do attitude, willingness to learn and contribute to the community
• Ability to work full time and on weekends
• Previous store manager experience in a fashion boutique environment is a plus

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
• Store management: 1 year (Preferred)
