Executive Assistant/ Online Business Manager


 

Responsibilities:
- Handle company owner's schedule: both personal and professional schedule

- Onboard all students into online courses, send out welcome packages to new coaching clients, design and keep up with spread sheets to organize work flows.

- Proficient in Teachable and Flo Desk is a plus.

- Log into company Instagram to help with launches

- Provide customer support and service requests

- This position is a 1099, estimated with 10 hours a week of work. Schedule is flexible but would be between Monday-Friday, with checking email during those days required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient in using Asana, Teachable, Flodesk and Instagram preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with phone systems and call handling procedures
- Strong typing skills for data entry tasks
