We are currently looking for a chat support agent - an empathetic employee who would join our team in order to implement some simple tasks such as communication with customers through phone calls and Email, answering various customer questions and making sure customers are satisfied with our service.
You're the right candidate for us if you understand client's needs, know how to use Email and Microsoft Office and can be supportive towards your colleagues.
You can work full-time or part-time (Location: USA). It's a remote job with a renewable contract.
