Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone to join our team on a contract basis with the potential to go part-time or full-time depending on performance. This position mainly consists of writing for our clients in various capacities, usually conversational and informal in nature. You will be responsible for adhering to our strict content guidelines to ensure the utmost quality for our clients.
This is not a role for someone who isn't able to competently handle writing for multiple different online brands and their unique voices.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to sign an NDA towards the end of the interview process if you wish to proceed.
Additionally, this position requires work in sensitive industries and topics depending on the client.
Requirements:
Excellent copywriting ability.
Impeccable customer service mentality.
Portfolio that demonstrates aforementioned skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Preferred skills:
Background in online customer service.
Ability to quickly adapt to a brand's voice and needs.
A love for learning and growth.

Agency 1816 is not your average workplace. This position is fully remote that allows you to set your own hours depending client needs. Because we work with clients around the world, we don't have set hours for this role. So long as your are accomplishing your tasks and are available if we need you, feel free to work on your own schedule and take breaks when needed.
