Role:
Call center representatives use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. They speak with customers, listen to them gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to answer customer questions and resolve customer issues by deescalating calls.
- Provide an elevated level of customer service and maintain customer confidentiality
- Collecting payments when needed
- Use computers, automated systems, and a variety of software
- Successfully complete training and retain information that is taught
- Maintain call quality and compliance
- Follow guidelines regarding goals, attendance, policies, and procedures
- Save customers from cancelling LegalShield memberships
Location & commitments
- $13.85/hr
- An incentivized bonus program tied to attendance, with rewards scheduled at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
- A performance-linked pay increase plan, contingent on attendance, available at both the 6-month and 1-year milestones.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Adaptability and accountability
- Windows 10/11 laptop computer
