Description
As a Laboratory Assistant of the Immunogenetics Center, your primary duties include: • Prepare buffers and solutions • Prepare lab consumables for autoclaving • Process blood and tissue samples • Assist with DNA isolation from animal biopsies • Assist with polymerase chain reactions and gel electrophoresis • Maintain inventory and supplies • Data entry Salary Range (eff. 7/9/23): $19.32 - 22.37/hour
