ReSource Pro is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that candidates and hiring teams have an exceptional experience during the hiring and onboarding processes. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to identify, engage, and select the high-quality talent we need to grow our teams. A critical part of this role is applying your expertise in behavioral interview techniques and analysis to evaluate candidates' skills, talent, and cultural fit.

In addition to daily recruitment and onboarding, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support and lead various projects that contribute to and improve the Talent Acquisition function and goals. We’re seeking a team member who understands the importance of building trusted internal partnerships and crafting an incredible candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

    Manage the comprehensive full life-cycle talent acquisition recruitment process for roles across the US to attract high-quality talent across various functional areas and levels within the organization.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand positions, strategic alignment, and executive the selection process
  • Review candidate resumes for alignment with position requirements and coordinate schedule, and complete behavioral interviews with candidates
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates as well as build proactive talent pipelines
  • Coach and train hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, systems, and best practices
  • Lead the onboarding process for all newly hired talent in the US
  • Participate and collaborate in Talent Acquisition projects to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and team functions
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, including onboarding and annual team meetings

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience focused specifically on Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategy within a corporate (non-agency) environment for roles at a variety of roles from entry level up to director-level positions required
  • Mastery of behavioral interviewing, including thematic analysis.
  • Experience leading onboarding for new hires
  • Must have extensive experience with niche role recruitment and passive sourcing
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Adept at building trusted partner relationships across levels and backgrounds
  • Manage complex and fast-moving projects and timelines with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Team player, a business partner-centric mindset, and exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Technology master skilled in hiring assessment platforms, applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, and Excel
