Responsibilities:
- Involve in analysis and definition of the business and system requirements, recommends solutions together with the scrum team
- Use basic analytical tools and techniques to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Proposing alternatives and solutions to requirements management that most closely aligns with the specific objectives and business issues.
- Consulting with project managers and customers to ensure that all projects undertaken adequately address requirement related issues.
- Assist in QA and UAT to ensure quality standards are always met.
- Supporting Business Performance by documenting and analyzing the quarterly earnings of our peers.
Required:
- Bachelors or Master in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Technology, or any related.
- Excellent understanding of Business Requirement gathering, Business Analysis, and Business Process Modeling.
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Sprint Planning and Sprint review meetings for Finalizing the Sprint Backlogs and Verifying the sprint outputs, respectively.
- Capable of conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with end users, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Development and QA teams.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
