We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Worker to keep our facilities tidy and functional by assuming responsibility for repairs.

Maintenance Worker duties and responsibilities:
Ability to travel from store to store($25 for gas per day provided)
Report to a facilities manager for issues
Perform minor repairs
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, etc.
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces
Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Perform other related duties and activities as required
Minor HVAC is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
