Job Overview
You will be an integral part of the Operations team that supports remarkable client experiences at every opportunity. This role works closely with each department in key areas such as event logistics & execution, supply & packaging inventory, and shipping & receiving one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. You possess the mental dexterity to pivot in priorities, projects, and scheduling. And yes - there may be some great opportunities for domestic travel with this position.

About the Role

  • Provides operational support for event logistics from planning to prep, to day-of setup to create unparalleled moments for our clients
  • Works in close partnership with Client Experience & Sales teams to handle packing and shipping of merchandise and non-inventory materials such as display cases, jewelry containers, salon supplies, and our wearable works of art
  • Operates with a client-first mentality, applying precision, care, and safety during each project whether onsite in our HQ offices or offsite at an event location
  • Assists with facilities management, helping to care for our employee workspaces and client salon experiences, coordinating with maintenance vendors as needed and ensuring a safe & healthy workplace
  • Prepares supplies and packaging inventory for each salon and office, including maintaining a high level of organization and proactive preparations for new location openings
  • Assists team in systematic and physical movement of jewelry, with safe practices, careful handling, and insurance policies at the forefront
  • Works in close partnership with all departments to ensure each location is operating smoothly

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation range starts at $25/hour. This position is bonus eligible.
The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment
Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered moderate: office work, some lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking.
