We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst who will aggregate and analyze disparate data sets, and provide ongoing documentation, reporting, and support to fulfil the needs of TeamPraxis.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Complete data analysis requests and build standardized reports
- Perform audits to validate accuracy of data and reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Provide data and reporting support and assistance, as directed by manager
- Communicate findings effectively using various methods (verbally, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Maintain compliance with data standards and area processes and procedures.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain in appropriate databases or applications
- Work with internal Business Managers and RCM Lead to facilitate data collection and maximize quality of data collected
- Participate in meetings to improve strategic use of data as requested
- Provide insight and guidance on data collection, sharing, and reporting on non-standard projects
- Format deliverables for client presentations (reports, presentations, etc.)
- Complete root cause analysis of data anomalies to uncover issues
- Develop processes and analytics tools to facilitate data collection, trending, analysis, and reporting activities in support of critical population health initiatives
- Document query methodology to allow for better understanding and modification of reports
- Comply with all TeamPraxis HIPAA compliance and security of electronic information
- All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of experience working in the Healthcare Industry preferred
- 2+ years of data entry and analytical experience preferred
- Experience working with Practice Management Systems
- Intermediate/advance competency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to carry out all responsibilities with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to be agile in an innovative, dynamic workplace
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines, while maintaining a keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and professionally within a team, across an organization
