Talent Acquisition Generalist/Recruiter *Remote [United States]


 

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist/Contract Recruiter for a 6-12 month assignment. The Talent Acquisition Generalist is responsible for partnering with the Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers to identify talent for high volume and niche roles. As the face of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Generalist will follow full cycle recruiting guidelines and work to ensure a positive applicant experience. Paid weekly $22-$30 per hour.


Principal Duties:

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with assigned departments, employment agencies and other organizations.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications received for assigned departments.
  • Input information needed to generate employment reports.
  • Interview and evaluate candidates.
