This is a remote position.

We are a virtual company that manages successful paid digital media campaigns for small- to medium-sized advertising agencies and small business clients in nearly every vertical in every region of the country. The Opportunity

We are excited to add to our Marketing Team an experienced marketing professional who will work with the Vice President of Marketing to continue to uphold and refine the Brkthru brand and promote Brkthru as a leader in paid digital advertising to current and prospective clients, current employees and candidates, and our industry. This is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for managing the projects and marketing initiates for the Brkthru brand.

Responsibilities

Assist in bringing to life marketing strategy and plans by working closely with the VP of Marketing to create branded content focused on growing the audience for our services.

Lead marketing initiatives by managing the overall approach, concept, creative development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.

Assist in the development, editing, and publishing of our internal and external newsletters.

Contribute to the development of content marketing campaigns including story ideas, contributing author outreach, and managing the review/publishing process and editorial calendar.

Work with Sales Development to help create content for our marketing automation function in support of engaging a wider audience and driving interest and sales.

Manage the development of event-marketing materials as needed, including but not limited to, One Day Sale, bi-annual company meetings, company events, trade shows, conferences, etc.

Create and maintain sales support materials for use by the Client Success, Sales Development and Client Services teams.

Facilitate content creation (POVs, one sheets, VPBs, position papers, videos, vertical playbooks, case stories, etc.) for use by the Client Success, Sales Development and Client Services teams alongside Graphic Designer.

Direct the design, look, and feel of marketing materials including collateral, social posts, presentation templates and video with support of Graphic Designer.

Support the development of RFI/proposal pitch materials.

Consult with Sales Development business development regarding trade shows/conferences to attend, by contributing to and helping manage the street team calendar with Directors of Sales Development, ensuring team has appropriate collateral depending on the event.

Maintain memberships on the Event Planning Committee, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Digital Innovation Lab, and Editorial Committee

Guide the shift to an in-house creative department for marketing materials and digital creative for clients.

Help manage projects for and direct the Graphic Designer, Website Developer, and external marketing service vendors when needed.

Contribute to an inspiring and motivating team environment with an open communication culture by setting clear team goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines, monitoring team performance, and report on metrics.

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

Encourage creativity and risk-taking.

Suggest and organize team-building activities.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in the digital marketing and advertising industry or in a marketing or advertising department with a brand or company

Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation and execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and decision-making skills.

Experience in digital and traditional marketing formats, video, content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing.

Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.

Proficiency in Microsoft products, design software along with experience working in CRM systems [Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Hub], Canva, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc..

Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education.

Strong negotiation skills.

High level knowledge of all technical aspects about the products and services offered by Brkthru.

Knowledgeable of industry competitors and peer group.
