Team Support/ Client Relations [United States]


 

An Organized Project, LLC is seeking to fill a Support role with a flexible schedule to join our growing team! The role includes supporting the owner with project management and client relations communications, while also supporting the Organizing Team via transportation of materials, supplies, specialty items, client donation or other drop offs, or other related tasks.

Our ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, adaptable, detail oriented, and understands that people’s relationships with their things can be complicated. Workdays can fluctuate from sitting at your desk updating the project management to generating and sending client agreements to picking up donation items from a client and dropping them off at a charity donation facility.

We are looking for a Team member who is available approximately 10-20 hours per week. We cannot guarantee a minimum number of hours. Daily job times fluctuate between the hours of 8am & 6pm. Ordering product, donation drop offs and other client related errands are part of the organizing business.

Specific Duties

· Execute client confirmation calls/ texts/ emails the day before scheduled session day

· Assign client follow up days to calendar post job completion

· Generate client agreements & deposit invoices

· Receive signed Agreements, add to client digital files

· Set up client Task lists in project management software (BaseCamp)

· Post content to Company social media pages

· Set up automated emails to clients

· Source specific specialty items for clients (or task to a Team member)

· Place orders online for delivery or pick up and shop in store for client materials and staff supplies as needed

· Review Project task lists and communicate with team for clarification as needed

· Document all transactions (including purchases, returns, and supplies and materials) in an online application including product details and receipts

· Coordinate with Lead Organizers or Project Manager regarding the transport of materials as needed, including delivery to & from site, donations, and specialty items such as electronic disposal, paper shredding, consignment, etc.

· Communicate with Lead organizer to determine on site staff needs

· Review all assignments each day and make sure all are completed or updated as needed

Tasks with Items to be transported May Include

· Organizing materials (storage bins, organizing supplies, shelving)

· Staff supplies (sorting bins, tables, garbage bags, gloves, tools,)

· Shredding, recycling (Boxes or bags of paper)

· Electronics or other disposal

· Donations, Consignment (clothing, small furniture, household items)

· Shopping for or returning organizing supplies

  • Must have reliable vehicle with the capacity to transport large quantities of items- some may block your view or be lightly soiled
  • Must have a vehicle with up-to-date insurance and registration and be able to travel within a 30 mile radius of Los Angeles to a job site.

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Work Location:

  • Part: Work from Home
  • Part: required to drive to different homes or workplaces in or in proximity to the city of Los Angeles. Each project is at a different location. Can be anywhere from Long Beach to the Valley.
