Recruiting Specialist


 

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, educating, and recruiting experts specializing in litigation. You will work closely with the sales team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's recruiting goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to obtain recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify expert needs.

    Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source and attract new experts.
  • Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of resumes and expert packets.
  • Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess experts' qualifications, experience, and fit within the organization.
  • Manage communication and correspondence with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to proactively identify talent and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date expert records and data in the Customer Relationship Management System(CRM).
  • Represent company internally and externally and contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top legal talent and enhance the organization's reputation in the legal industry.
  • Participate in job fairs, industry events, MCLE, and networking activities to build relationships with potential experts and legal professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding monthly quota.
  • Experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on legal or litigation-related positions.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the med legal industry.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with experts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with experts, account managers, and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • essionalism and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
