We are seeking a highly motivated Apparel Production Coordinator to join KC HiLiTES, specializing in off-road products. As the Apparel Production Coordinator, you will drive revenue growth and develop a lifestyle soft goods line that captures the hearts of our customers and embodies our brand culture. Your role will involve expanding our customer base, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing sales opportunities for our off-road products.

Responsibilities:

Apparel Line Development:

  • Create and execute a strategic vision for our apparel line that aligns with our off-road lighting products.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop compelling apparel collections that embody our brand and resonate with our target audience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the off-road and apparel industries.
  • Ensure the apparel line meets quality standards, reflects current fashion trends, and appeals to our customer base.
  • Utilize design software tools to develop digital mock-ups that showcase various apparel styles, graphics, and colorways.
  • Create detailed and accurate tech packs that include technical drawings, measurements, materials, trims, and production notes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide them with the necessary product images for promotional materials, catalogs, and online platforms.

Revenue Growth:

  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth through the apparel line, specifically focusing on our off-road products.
  • Establish a reliable source of revenue in the apparel product vertical to complement overall sales of our off-road products.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product expansion and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to create cohesive campaigns that promote the apparel line and increase sales of our off-road products.
  • Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Brand Promotion and Visibility:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility through the apparel line, emphasizing our off-road products.
  • Inspire customers to embrace and represent the KC HiLiTES off-road lifestyle through our apparel, creating a sense of belonging and connection to our culture.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling brand messaging and storytelling that links the apparel line with our off-road lighting products.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure and attract new customers for our off-road products.
  • Leverage social media platforms and other marketing channels to showcase the apparel line and engage with the target audience of our off-road products.

Inventory Management and Merchandising:

  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and optimize product assortment to ensure availability and minimize excess inventory for our off-road products.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient product replenishment and distribution of our off-road products.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the presentation and appeal of the apparel line, specifically highlighting our off-road products, in retail stores and online.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Digital teams to bring the products.
  • Tech pack creator

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in apparel management, brand development, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the off-road lighting industry and knowledge of the apparel market.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising techniques.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
